Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering solutions on time and in full.

  • Lead projects with low to medium complexity, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Take ownership of project scope, cost, time, and quality.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies aligned with industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG and be comfortable working with teams accustomed to structured processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead project teams, define roles, and foster a positive dynamic.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to team members.
  • Stay current with project management standards and practices.
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements include:

  • A degree in Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in Pharma environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in regulated settings.
