Our team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work under tight deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, planning, and reporting, as well as partnering with business leaders on annual expense budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze month-end department expenses and prepare journal entries for proper expense recording
  • Provide analytical support for expense decisions
  • Prepare variance explanations for management financial packages
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
  • 3+ years of financial planning and analysis preferred
  • Experience supporting global expense planning preferred
