Production System Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Production System Specialists. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate complex systems, including back-end services, front-end services, and infrastructure components
  • Write and review code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and debug complex systems
  • Partner with engineering teams to share on-call rotations and collaborate on critical projects
  • Work alongside top engineers to develop and deploy scalable solutions that impact millions of users worldwide

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g. Python, Rust, PHP, C++)
  • Proficiency in configuration and maintenance of applications such as web servers, load balancers, relational databases, storage systems and messaging systems
  • Ability to learn software, frameworks, and APIs quickly
