Key Data Science Role

The data science team plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer outcomes through experimentation, measurement, and analytics.

They leverage advanced scientific methods and state-of-the-art techniques to boost the performance, delivery, and efficiency of AI-powered marketing products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and delivery.
  • Lead domain expertise in experimentation projects from scoping, test design, implementation, measurement, and insights delivery.
  • Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to evaluate experiments and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Use Bayesian inference and predictive modeling to identify trends and optimize bidding strategies.
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You bring:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in analytical tools and techniques: SQL, Python, pandas, statsmodels, sklearn, numpy, scipy.
  • Experience as a data scientist in the advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity and initiative with a mindset of asking 'why', and proposing ideas that drive incremental impact.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and causal inference techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality delivery in analytical tasks and documentation.
