Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

The data science team plays a crucial role in driving business outcomes through experimentation, measurement, and analytics.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven expert to collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data analysts, and applied scientists to shape the product roadmap and drive measurable results.

This professional will leverage advanced statistical methods and causal inference techniques to continuously enhance the performance, delivery, and efficiency of AI-powered marketing products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across functional teams to optimize the performance, delivery, and efficiency of AI-driven marketing products.
  • Lead scientific domain in experimentation projects from scoping, test design, implementation, measurement, and insights delivery.
  • Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, quasi-experimental techniques to rigorously evaluate experiments and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Use advanced statistical techniques e.g. Bayesian inferences, predictive modeling, optimization to identify trends and develop algorithms that optimize bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deploy models in product and with analysts to embed insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand business problems, develop hypotheses, work with large datasets, and apply appropriate methodologies.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency level in analytical tools and techniques including SQL expertise for data collection, process, and analysis.
  • Python proficiency for data visualization, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Spreadsheet usage including pivot function and complex formulas.
  • 2+ years of experience as a data scientist, ideally within the advertising technology ecosystem.
