Senior Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bar person/barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver excellent guest care and ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests;
- To serve food and beverage in an efficient, warm and friendly manner;
- To maintain knowledge of the product offering and be able to make recommendations to customers;
- To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience essential with minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Friendly outgoing personality;
- Reliability and enthusiasm;
The successful candidate will be required to work day, evening and weekend shifts. They must be available to work both midweek and weekend shifts and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
