Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team in Cork. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the smooth operation of the café.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve barista-style beverages, including high-quality coffee with latte art.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
  • Uphold brand and service standards, ensuring consistency across all customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a café, barista, or food service environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations (preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity, and a drive for delivering excellence.
  • Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
