We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our beverage operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our bars, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding liquor licensing and sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of bartenders and support staff.
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including signature cocktails, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and optimize ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Create and execute promotional events, activities, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction in our bars.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior-level hospitality professional, preferably in a hotel or upscale bar setting.
  • Proven track record of leadership, team management, and customer service excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of beverage operations, including menu development, cocktail preparation, wine selection, and industry trends.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
