
Key Account Manager for After Sales Operations

This role is a vital component in driving the success of our After Sales operations. The successful candidate will work closely with After Sales Managers and Dealer Principals to achieve parts and accessory sales targets, while enhancing customer satisfaction.
The Role:
• Negotiate and agree dealer After Sales targets with ongoing performance reviews and analysis
• Ensure dealer After Sales business plans are designed to continually improve their position within their area of influence
• Evaluate dealer After Sales facilities and capacity planning
• Monitor progress against the business plan via regular reviews
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as Parts Manager, Service Manager, or an After Sales management role for a minimum of 2-3 years
• Analytical and inventive problem-solving skills
• Motor industry management and a good knowledge of the modern motor industry, including all relevant KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• Coaching and motivation skills
• Ambitious and driven in their outlook
