Product Support Expert

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our support team. As part of our team, you will assist customers in maximizing the potential of our cloud-based work management platform.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will become an expert in our product and provide top-notch service to our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, feature requests, and bug reports, while also educating them on best practices for using our product within their teams and organizations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expert-level support for our product, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
  • Assist customers with feature requests and bug reports, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve these issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve support processes and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Proficiency with our product, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills further
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and apply them in your work
