Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will review, troubleshoot, and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. They will also install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites, diagnose and resolve product performance problems, perform maintenance and repair services, and ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Windows operating system environment and knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required, along with additional certifications for various hardware platforms.
