This position involves working as a facilitator in a disability setting, providing support to individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key worker principles and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing awareness of key worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
  • Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Experience in implementing and developing support/care plans and PCPs.
  • Focusing on the needs of the person supported in all activities.
  • Delivering support according to the person's PCP and care plan.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A full driver's licence is required.
