Mortgage Advisor

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their mortgage goals and objectives.
  • Develop customised mortgage plans that meet clients' individual needs and priorities.
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products and services, including rates, terms, and features.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their mortgage options and can make informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the mortgage industry, including regulations and market trends, to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant advice.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage criteria, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-based environment.
