Procurement Assistant Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain management, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to optimize processes to meet the needs of our organization and its valued customers.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will report directly to the Head of Procurement and be instrumental in ensuring that the supply of medical equipment and consumables meets our client's organisational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and purchasing medical equipment and consumables from reputable suppliers.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
  3. Optimizing procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  4. Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
