Are you an expert in enterprise risk management looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the risk management department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our risk management policy and framework in line with our strategic objectives.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced risk professional to take on a senior leadership role and make a significant impact on our organization's risk management strategy. You will work closely with our business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring that we maintain a strong risk culture and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high-level view of the enterprise risk portfolio, advising senior management on risk exposure, risk management, and organizational resilience.
  • Develop risk policies, practices, and tools, and provide support and advice to various business stakeholders.
  • Provide independent oversight of operational/enterprise risks and review and challenge the business units in accordance with the three lines of defense model.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant senior risk role, preferably within a financial or related entity organization.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of numeracy and competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A relevant degree/master's qualification in a field such as risk management, finance, or a related discipline.
