Overview:
A motivated professional is sought to excel in sales and drive growth by identifying and selling technology solutions across the construction infrastructure services market.
Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding sales performance, achieving revenue and profit targets through strategic planning, opportunity management, and collaborative efforts.
- Manage regional budgets effectively, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan, with daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, utilizing an internal CRM for reporting.
- Opportunity Management: Identify, manage, and close new and existing opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with OEM and Strategic Sales teams to uncover new business opportunities.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase Trimble's Construction Infrastructure products' features and benefits to existing and potential customers.
- Consultative Sales: Build positive relationships with leading regional customers through key account management.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts to the UK Regional Sales Manager.
- Work diligently to achieve company objectives and goals, continually striving to improve results.
- Monitor and report on market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, specifically with customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related field, with a HND as an alternative.
- Relevant experience in construction technology, with previous field sales experience preferred.
- Strong ability to sell products and services successfully.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively for short and long-term objectives.
