We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive sales success and build long-term partnerships. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, your role will be essential in developing effective prospecting strategies and creating messaging across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner closely with experienced account executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies
- Create, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our products
- Contribute to shaping the future of the company by bringing in new business opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English
- A minimum of 9 months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
- Motivation, energy, and excitement about exceeding targets
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
