A high-performance Linux Kernel Engineer is needed to bolster a team with solution-focused expertise.

This role is open from Senior to Staff level, requiring exceptional creativity and innovation in developing new ideas and products/processes.

  • Expertise in developing software virtual platforms; low-level boot firmware; and debugging tools, in pre-silicon and on hardware.
  • Experience building to platform standards including UEFI, ACPI, SystemReady.
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture concepts, including high-performance designs, weak memory models, server platforms, and the hardware/software interface.

To succeed in this position, you will assist in defining future high-performance SoCs and platforms. You will create optimisations and drivers for high performance platforms, execute multi-step tasks, and exercise exceptional creativity to develop new ideas.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of embedded software, and Linux kernel experience.
