Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support the tracking of HR metrics such as turnover, absence, and training compliance.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    • Ensure HR documents, policies, and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support:
    • Coordinate probation and performance review reminders.
    • Conduct regular check-ins.
