**Accommodation Manager Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care and leading a high-performing team in a 4-star quality focused hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintains excellent standards of housekeeping and ensures all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Maintenance Team.
• Works closely with the front office department to ensure correct room status is communicated and deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensures that the office, linen room, floor storage rooms, and trolleys are neatly maintained and conducts inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Orders and receives supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels and checks and maintains public areas and Reception facilities.

• Previous leadership experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving standards and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
