Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive business outcomes in the cloud marketplace. As a key member of our team, you will oversee access controls, compliance, integration, and private offer management for three major marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of 3 major marketplaces and building/scale NetApp's offerings within
  • Owning access controls, compliance, integration, and private offer management
  • Focusing on program prioritization, simplification, and cross-team coordination to accelerate innovation and speed delivery

In addition to marketplace responsibilities, you will help with other Cloud projects or programs as they arise, spanning multiple disciplines and potentially involving collaboration with product organization, finance, procurement, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience defining programs and implementing them across a team focused on delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs

A successful candidate will be able to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements manage risks appropriately and effectively.
