**Drive Strategic Alignment as a Business Development Lead**

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Development Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment and elevating Agile maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate our Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process by developing and running it effectively.
  • Lead a high-performing agile squad to manage, evolve, and continuously improve QBRs.
  • Build alignment from leadership to all teams on mid to long-term business strategy using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and data analytics.
  • Foster collaboration and elevate Agile maturity throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Ability to set strategic direction while staying hands-on with teams and leaders.
  • Strong skills in vision, delivery, analytics, and execution.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
