About the Role

Boundedfellows is looking for a Sales Enablement Representative to join our team. The Sales Enablement Representative will be responsible for engaging and retaining at-risk customers through inbound requests and identifying opportunities to improve Tock.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cancellation and pause requests.
  2. Triage AM email and Slack alias.
  3. Track and report on metrics for assigned accounts and focus markets to your manager.

The successful candidate will have experience using Salesforce, a team player attitude, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
