Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Science Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of new products and services, working closely with business stakeholders, data science teams, and technology teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in AI/ML model integration into production environments, as well as strong technical leadership skills. They will be responsible for driving excellence and standardization across the data science team, with a focus on skills development, training, and career progression.

This role requires a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science or a relevant subject, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and data science libraries, as well as experience with text preprocessing, embeddings, and feature engineering.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science or a relevant subject
  • Experience in AI/ML model integration into production environments
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Ability to evaluate and fine-tune NLP models and OCR
