Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Team Lead to lead our fraud prevention efforts. This is a key role that will be responsible for building and managing a team of data scientists who will develop and execute strategies to prevent financial loss.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data scientists in developing and executing fraud prevention strategies through advanced detection models and algorithms.
  • Owning business domains and leading data-driven risk management strategies to support global business objectives
  • Tracking and evaluating the performance of fraud detection systems against key KPIs and business goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.
  • Tackling complex, ambiguous business problems on the fraud domain, driving the planning and execution of long-term projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with product and platform teams to create scalable, secure, and innovative products that enhance the experience for global customers.
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure fraud risk management efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Staying informed on emerging fraud trends, techniques, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously evolve and strengthen our fraud prevention capabilities.
