  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE and redundancy matters
  • Tribunal claims, investigations, and data subject access requests

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
  • Strong academic background and experience from a leading employment practice
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit
