Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong employment law background to join our market-leading practice in Belfast.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent academics, good quality training, and a commercial mindset. They should also be able to build excellent relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.

  • Advise on diligence reviews and prepare reports detailing findings
  • Coordinate multi-jurisdictional disclosure schedules and provide guidance on compliance
  • Assist with global business carve outs in advance of sales and post-acquisition integrations
  • Provide expertise on when Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) applies and relevant consequences
  • Draft and negotiate key provisions in transactional documentation

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will work on various projects including: high-profile domestic instructions, complex litigation, strategic advisory work, data subject access requests, and travel requirements.
