The primary goal of this role is to create and maintain a fantastic customer journey from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities include managing staff costs, store productivity, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, and inventory management.
- Adhere to commercial standards and company procedures.
- Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to new situations.
A competitive salary system is offered, including a company car or car allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
- €64,500 rising to €82,500 after 3 years.
- 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years.
- Company pension after 1 year.
