Training Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to facilitate learning experiences in a dynamic service environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable modeling behaviors and adjusting their training delivery to meet changing needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Client representatives in products and support processes;
  • Deliver refresher trainings and design coaching plans in partnership with Team Leaders;
  • Implement and provide feedback on training programs;
  • Monitor knowledge and skill gaps, providing solutions;
  • Coach and give feedback to agents;
  • Maintain up-to-date proficiency in products and support processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 2-4 years working in a service organization;
  • Outstanding communication skills - engaging an audience effectively;
  • English fluency (reading, writing, listening, speaking);
  • Documentation skills and change control procedures;
  • Client-focused and solutions-oriented;
  • Self-learner interested in both how and why;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams;
  • Effective prioritization and project management;
  • Ability to decomplex troubleshooting needs.
