Training Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to facilitate learning experiences in a dynamic service environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable modeling behaviors and adjusting their training delivery to meet changing needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard Client representatives in products and support processes;
- Deliver refresher trainings and design coaching plans in partnership with Team Leaders;
- Implement and provide feedback on training programs;
- Monitor knowledge and skill gaps, providing solutions;
- Coach and give feedback to agents;
- Maintain up-to-date proficiency in products and support processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- 2-4 years working in a service organization;
- Outstanding communication skills - engaging an audience effectively;
- English fluency (reading, writing, listening, speaking);
- Documentation skills and change control procedures;
- Client-focused and solutions-oriented;
- Self-learner interested in both how and why;
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams;
- Effective prioritization and project management;
- Ability to decomplex troubleshooting needs.
