Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Join our team as a grounds maintenance specialist to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and waste management: remove and dispose of trash in a timely manner, clean dog stations, areas around trash containers and compactors, and maintain compactors.
- Maintenance tasks: assist in the make-ready process by assisting with trash outs and carpet removals.
- Safety and efficiency: monitor capacity for efficient removals and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid driver's license. They should also demonstrate abilities such as understanding and following instructions, communicating effectively, applying quality and safety standards, working well with others, lifting/carrying up to 70lbs, and working on their feet for an extended period.

- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
