Job Title: Wedding Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate events from conception to completion. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure memorable events meet quality expectations.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to excel in their role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales inquiries, bookings, and availability using computerized systems.
  • Meet prospective clients for show-arounds of weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries and follow up as necessary.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports outlining business performance.
  • Generate quotations for prospective bookings and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Liaise with clients to coordinate event details, ensuring accuracy of billing and information.
  • Process conference bookings and private functions effectively through key account management.
  • Maximize revenue by selling products and services throughout the event process.
  • Ensure smooth handover of events to the operations team for execution.
  • Manage customer feedback, resolve issues, and schedule meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in wedding or event coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera V5/Cloud, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all social media channels.
  • A team player with customer-service orientation.
