We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our Cloud Business Intelligence team.

About the Role
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for driving growth in our Business Intelligence (BI) business by establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • This role requires expertise in Looker, a unified platform that provides data experiences and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the EMEA South region focused on building a reliable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • They will also drive the acceleration of Looker sales growth in the region through strategic planning and execution.
  • A key aspect of this role is to build, coach, mentor, motivate, and guide a team of representatives, providing day-to-day support and career mentorship as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Prior leadership experience within a quota-carrying team, including people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.
  • Proven ability to implement effective pipeline generation and sales processes and best practices.
