We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and customer service department, you will be responsible for the setup, delivery, and servicing of mobility equipment across Leinster.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobility products and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fitting, assembly, or installation of mobility product orders in support of the Product Specialist
  • Delivery of orders to Leinster-based customers as required
  • Instructing clients on the use of equipment
  • Performing all tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Site drop and collection of demonstration stock as required
  • Taking responsibility for the security of mobility products
  • Supporting the Product Specialist in cycle count and stock takes
  • Liaising with warehouse teams regarding stock transfer
  • Liaising with Customer Service and other departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of mobility products and their applications
  • Experience in product assembly and fitting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full clean driving license
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
