Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our banking technology platforms, focusing on automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure deployment practices in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CICD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for rapid and reliable delivery of banking applications.
  • Infrastructure & Containerization: Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Ansible for consistent and scalable infrastructure provisioning.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Ensure system health and performance through proactive monitoring and log analysis.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps practices including secret management, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding standards. Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes comply with banking regulations and internal audit requirements.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Deployments: Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid cloud setups. Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency.
  • Release & Rollback Management: Plan and execute application releases with rollback strategies to minimize downtime and risk. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure release readiness.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to align DevOps practices with business goals. Provide technical guidance and support during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities. Contribute to automation initiatives and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in DevOps roles, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy.
  • Experience with IaC tools and monitoring frameworks.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform) are preferred.
