Our business strategy involves building long-term, profitable partnerships with customers through a user-driven sales engine. We operate a bottom-up enterprise sales model, helping small businesses evolve into large-scale, strategic partnerships.

We're seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the UK/I region. This role will be instrumental in innovation, energy, and execution.

This is an office-centric hybrid schedule with standard in-office days being Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees work from home on Wednesdays, and Fridays depend on individual role needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers.
  • Hunt, manage, and close new and expansion opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer champions for growth across new teams and departments.
  • Engage executive and IT stakeholders for wall-to-wall deployments.
  • Advocate for productivity transformation across UK/I organisations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for outstanding customer experiences.
  • Execute a clear, data-driven quarterly plan for revenue growth.
  • Pilot and refine new processes for global scalability.

About You:

  • Strong prospecting skills with a proven track record in the UK/I region.
  • Demonstrated success with structured sales methodologies.
  • Experience winning new business and expanding existing customers.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and integrity in customer interactions.
  • Proficient in managing full sales cycles.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn and leverage emerging technologies.
