Experienced Construction Site Leader Wanted

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Frames Foreman to manage and oversee various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff effectively.
- Control and manage plant and equipment efficiently.
- Oversee and address health and safety concerns.
- Verify understanding of all drawings and specifications.
- Maintain compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practices.
- Ensure site diaries and paperwork are up-to-date.
- Promote a tidy, safe, and efficient site environment at all times.
- Provide regular updates on work progress to the Site Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman/Site Manager on large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and relevant guidelines.
- Proven experience working on large civils projects.
- Able to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Full Driving License.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Able to communicate and report effectively.
