Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance training to lead our site technical Learning & Development team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing site-specific learning initiatives that support manufacturing excellence and employee development.

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary technical Learning & Development Leader at the site, ensuring alignment with global Learning & Development strategies, policies, and procedures while meeting local operational needs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and inspire the site technical Learning & Development team, ensuring they are equipped to execute high-quality learning initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Learning Strategy & Execution: Design and implement site-specific learning initiatives that support compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Manufacturing Training with a focus on regulated environments. Experience working with GMP-regulated environments is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Manufacturing Training with a focus on regulated environments
  • Experience working with GMP-regulated environments (strongly preferred)
