Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational excellence, drive complex change initiatives, and mentor diverse teams.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production areas and teams, planning and conducting assignments, reviewing progress, and evaluating results. You will also participate in site or campus operational initiatives, drive proactive and compliant approaches to environmental, health and safety, champion 6s process, standards and objectives through coaching, mentoring, and setting direction.
You will create a positive employee relations environment, facilitate high engagement across production teams and cross-functional teams, provide timely feedback and review, ensure all performance issues are dealt with in a constructive, fair, and prompt manner, and treat all employees with fairness and respect.
Key requirements for this role include excellent knowledge and computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, business acumen with the ability to deliver process improvement objectives, good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements, housekeeping, health and safety, genuine interest in investing in people and facilitating individual and team engagement and development, ability to coach, provide effective feedback, manage performance, problem-solving methodology experience, and excellent influencing and communication skills.
