About Us:

Dunlop Agencies is a leading company in the FMCG sector, seeking a talented Field Sales Representative to join our team in Northern Ireland.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with established retail partners, including Spar, Centra, Super Valu, and others, while also identifying new opportunities to grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners across Northern Ireland.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to retail partners, ensuring product placement and promotional activities are maximized.
  • Travel across the region to visit clients, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
