We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Strata Financial. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing core people processes, ensuring a great employee experience while keeping the business running smoothly.

As an HR Manager at Strata Financial, you will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations. You will focus on coaching managers, employee relations, performance management, and operational efficiencies, working closely with managers and employees to create a smooth and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Operations & HR Processes
    • Own HR administration and ensure seamless execution of HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
    • Manage HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Ensure accurate data management, including employee records, contracts, payroll changes, and benefits.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations as the company scales.
  2. Employee Relations & People Management
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, handling queries and resolving issues effectively.
    • Coach and support managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
    • Ensure fair and consistent policy implementation across the business.
  3. Performance & Engagement
    • Support managers in setting clear expectations and driving accountability within teams.
    • Work on employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive culture.
    • Implement and oversee performance management processes, supporting managers with performance reviews and feedback cycles.
