Job Title:

Food and Beverage Team Leader

Our hospitality team is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our 4-star property in County Offaly, Ireland.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills who can motivate and guide a team towards delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in effectively managing the food and beverage department.
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and promote a strong selling culture within the team.
  • Ensure hygiene, health, and safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across all areas.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and ongoing development.
  • Work with management to prepare rosters and manage payroll costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 23 years experience as a Supervisor or Senior F&B Assistant, preferably in a similar standard property.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
