About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our products, assets, and customers.

In this position, you will work closely with the store team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, investigate incidents, and provide feedback to improve loss prevention strategies.

You will also be responsible for educating store associates on loss prevention policies and best practices, as well as delivering conflict resolution and coaching staff to maintain loss awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate store associates on loss prevention policies and best practices
  • Investigate and feedback on incidents
  • Partner with store team to protect products and assets
  • Deliver conflict resolution and coaching

About You

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail environment is ideal but not essential.
