About This Role

The successful candidate will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will work with individuals in long-term care as well as those in step-down beds, helping them to achieve greater independence and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and planning individualized therapy programs for residents
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitoring and evaluating resident progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed

Requirements:
  • CORU Registration
