Order Fulfilment Associate

The Order Fulfilment Associate plays a pivotal role in preparing and processing orders for various dispatch channels, including domestic and international shipments. This individual is responsible for packing and inspecting orders, operating warehouse equipment where certified, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time to meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This critical role involves the efficient preparation and despatch of orders to customers worldwide. Effective communication with colleagues is key to meeting service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an organised and methodical individual to join our team as an Order Fulfilment Associate. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Packing of online orders
  • Warehouse standards
  • Meeting daily SLA and KPIs
  • Processing end of day duties
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as the reach truck, man up truck, or forklift where applicable and certified
  • Quality control and inspection of orders
  • Housekeeping duties
  • Replenishing stock shelves

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
