Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance systems and conduct regular audits to ensure excellence in patient care.
- Support and mentor persons in charge (PICs) in clinical governance and leadership development.
- Create and enforce policies aligned with national healthcare standards.
- Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management initiatives.
- Deliver training and promote a culture of learning, innovation, and professional growth.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration and postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
