We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across our nursing homes. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration">
  • Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)">
  • 35 years experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role">
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills">
  • Full Irish drivers license and willingness to travel">
