Senior Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to drive business performance and increase technical capability.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving performance through self and others by effectively leveraging surrounding resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING LEADERS ACROSS THE BUSINESS TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE CONFIDENCE AND CONTROL.
  • DEPLOYING EFFICIENT SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES TO STREAMLINE OPERATIONS.
  • CREATING ANNUAL IMPROVEMENT PLANS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE BUSINESS TO ALIGN WITH SITE STRATEGY.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in industry, sound knowledge of cGMPs and equivalent regulations, and experience in systems thinking is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE PROCESS MAPPING, LEAN SIX SIGMA, AND BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING.
