Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven individual to fill the role of Business Insights Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and customer success performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

This is a hybrid position that requires a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of sales and customer success performance, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, bookings, churn, and renewal trends
  • Maintaining and enhancing centralized reporting and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytical tools
  • Providing visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Identifying gaps in existing processes that hinder revenue growth or operational efficiency and developing clear, concise, and impactful recommendations for senior leaders
