Part Time Merchandiser Role

Your mission is to drive business growth by optimizing product placement and replenishment in store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high visibility of FMCG products across all sections
  • Conduct daily stock rotation and ordering, with some heavy lifting involved
  • Replenish stock on display units and sections efficiently
  • Liaise with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives for effective collaboration
  • Promptly report on all store visits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and grow planogram space where possible, ensuring optimal product placement
  • Ensure correct SEL placement for all products, and merchandise promotional ends correctly
  • Capture before and after photographs of merchandising activities
  • Liaise with store managers prior to leaving to ensure they are satisfied with work completed
  • Foster strong relationships with all parties to promote teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Holding a full clean driving license with car ownership is essential
  • Familiarity with technology is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
  • Good organizational skills are crucial
  • Some merchandising or retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Hardworking, polite, and professional demeanor is expected
