We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Professional to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This position involves handling incoming customer inquiries, processing quotes, and actively seeking fulfillment of sales. You will be responsible for outbounding to customers to secure policy sales, generating cross sell leads from new customers, and assisting with other team tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Handle incoming customer calls and emails, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Fulfillment: Process quotes and actively seek fulfillment to a sale, working closely with customers to meet their insurance needs.
  • Cross Selling: Generate cross sell leads from new customers, identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.
  • Team Support: Assist with other team tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years' personal insurance experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Practical knowledge of insurance products and policies.
  • A driven personality with a strong ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

This role is a 'controlled function' as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
